The i3+ EVO and its sibling, the i3 EVO are both identical robots that differ only in that the i3+ has self-emptying features. The i3+ is an excellent alternative for those who want a a fully automated, hands-off cleaning experience, but want to manually empty the robot's dustbin once it gets full.
Both robots excel at picking up surface debris off hard floors and carpets, and they're excellent in maneuvering around furniture and other obstacles. iAdapt navigation software creates intelligent maps of your home, which help the i3+ EVO to navigate and clean in a manner that maximizes efficiency. However unlike the i7+ or other top-rated robots that we evaluated the i3+ does not have a feature for avoiding obstacles which means it can get stuck on things such as socks or power cords, and may have issues traversing transitions across surfaces like from hardwood to carpet.
iRobot suggests that you clear areas where the i3+ EVO will vacuum before you use it, which includes clearing out any toys or clutter it may come across. You should also keep the dustbin and filter clear to avoid getting blocked. When the i3+ EVO’s internal bin is empty or the battery is not fully charged, it returns to the docking station and automatically emptys the dirt into the docking station's external dustbin. Then it continues cleaning where it left off. The i3+ EVO's batteries last for approximately an hour and a half continuous use, and it takes around three hours to recharge.

The iRobot i7+ is a top model from iRobot’s flagship line and is packed with the latest technology. It's self-charging and self-navigating, but the most significant feature is its auto-emptying bin. This eliminates the need for regular maintenance.
The Roomba I7+ can make rooms more efficient maps using Imprint Smart Mapping. It also works with iRobot Home to schedule cleaning tasks, and you can control your robot via the app or by voice.
In our tests the i7+ performed faster and more maneuverable than our top choice which was the eufy RoboVac G30, and it took large pieces of pet hair from all surfaces types including carpeting. Its biggest advantage over the eufy it self-empties its dust bin, which removes a major source of maintenance and lowers the amount of time spent cleaning.
We were also awestruck by the i7+'s compatibility Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant AI services. We used these services to instruct the robot to start or stop cleaning sessions and also to move around the room, and vacuum a particular area. The iRobot Home App made it easy to connect the i7+ with these services. Once connected we were able to give the i7+ voice commands like "Hey Alexa, vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options for managing i7+ settings and evaluating performance.
3. Dyson Cyclone V10
In a world of vacuums that are cordless and are like minivans and buses, this small Dyson model feels like an automobile. It's got the power and features to replace a stand-up vacuum in the majority of households and can fit in well next to the coffee table or the bookshelf, where you can move it around like the magic tool.
The V10 is powered by seven cells of energy-dense Lithium-ion batteries that produces power without fading for 60 minutes. Its sophisticated whole-machine filtration system traps allergens and releases cleaner air back into your home. The specialized head uses rigid nylon bristles to drive deep into carpets, and then pick up large dust or crumbs. It has three suction modes that can be adapted to suit the task. It's capable of sucking up a variety of debris types and sizes during our tests, and frequently goes over the same areas many times to ensure a thorough clean. Its flat front end helps it to reach into corners and along the edges of walls which is a nice addition.
Its navigation system is smart and uses iAdapt technology to avoid obstacles and help you navigate your home. It's not equipped with the mapping capabilities of more advanced models, such as our top picks, the i3+EVO and J7+ Series. It can get stuck on cords for phones or furniture that is low and is often unable to supply power before returning to its home base.
The Xiaomi Mi robot is superior in many ways over the Roomba 694, as it has fewer parts that require regular cleaning, comes with an allergen-trapping HEPA filtering system, incurs lower recurring cost and is more sophisticated in its automation capabilities and can better maneuver itself. It also has a bigger dustbin and can charge faster.
The sleek RoboVac X8 has a superior battery life than the Roomba. It also comes with physical boundaries strips and can be controlled using your smartphone's voice assistant. It's also more robust, has a larger motor, and can perform better on low-pile and bare floors.
5. Samsung Jet Bot AI+

In our testing our tests, the Jet Bot AI+ excelled on hard floors, and also handled dog hair (on carpet) quite well, cleaning up 86 percent of it.
